Tajera Williams, Founder
Salt Concierge was founded by Tajera, a Bahamian-born entrepreneur with extensive experience in travel, hospitality, property management, and technology.
Born and raised in The Bahamas, Tajera brings deep local insight and an intimate understanding of the islands. Having traveled throughout the islands and internationally and experienced a wide range of accommodations from hotels and Airbnbs to vacation rentals, she recognized how the right information can transform a trip from stressful to seamless.
She saw that many visitors were struggling to find reliable, up-to-date details, often relying on scattered forum posts, outdated recommendations, and word-of-mouth advice. Determined to change that, she created Salt Concierge to provide travelers with practical, trustworthy guidance, helping them choose the right island, plan with confidence, and enjoy a more authentic and relaxed Bahamas experience.
