Welcome to Salt Concierge. By using this website, purchasing a digital guide, submitting an inquiry, or purchasing a Salt Concierge planning or concierge service, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

About Salt Concierge

Salt Concierge provides island planning, travel support, digital guides, itinerary assistance, concierge coordination, and hosted experience planning for selected Bahamas destinations.

Salt Concierge is not a hotel, resort, transportation provider, ferry operator, airline, boat charter company, restaurant, chef service, property owner, property manager, medical provider, or activity operator.

Services

Salt Concierge services may include digital guides, custom trip planning, pre-arrival support, concierge coordination, itinerary design, vendor recommendations, welcome gift coordination, hosted experience planning, and private group trip planning.

The specific details of each service will depend on the package purchased or the custom proposal agreed upon.

Digital Products

Digital products, including instant-download guides, are provided for general informational purposes only. Digital guides are not customized to your specific dates, lodging, group size, budget, or travel style unless clearly stated.

Information in digital guides may change over time. Guests are responsible for confirming current ferry schedules, vendor availability, restaurant hours, pricing, travel requirements, and local conditions before travel.

Custom Planning Services

Custom planning services are based on the information provided by the client. Clients are responsible for submitting accurate travel dates, lodging details, group size, preferences, dietary needs, mobility concerns, allergies, and other important information.

Salt Concierge is not responsible for issues that result from missing, incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Third-Party Vendors

Salt Concierge may recommend, coordinate, or communicate with third-party vendors, including but not limited to transportation providers, ferry services, golf cart companies, boat captains, fishing guides, chefs, restaurants, grocery providers, wellness providers, photographers, and excursion providers.

All third-party vendors are independent businesses. Salt Concierge does not control their pricing, availability, safety procedures, cancellation policies, service quality, schedules, or terms.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting any vendor terms, payment requirements, waivers, safety rules, and cancellation policies.

Payments and Fees

Salt Concierge planning fees cover planning, research, communication, coordination, itinerary support, and/or hosting time, depending on the package or proposal.

Unless specifically stated in writing, Salt Concierge fees do not include lodging, groceries, alcohol, golf carts, ferries, taxis, airport transfers, boat charters, chef services, restaurant bills, excursions, activity fees, vendor costs, gratuities, décor, welcome gifts, or other third-party expenses.

Weather, Travel, and Island Conditions

The Bahamas is an island destination, and travel plans may be affected by weather, sea conditions, ferry schedules, vendor availability, holidays, seasonal closures, staffing, transportation delays, or other circumstances outside of Salt Concierge’s control.

All marine activities, boat days, fishing trips, snorkeling, excursions, and outdoor activities are weather permitting.

Salt Concierge may provide alternate suggestions when possible, but cannot guarantee specific activities, routes, vendors, schedules, or outcomes.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for:

- Confirming passports and travel documents

- Booking flights and lodging unless otherwise agreed

- Confirming arrival and departure times

- Purchasing travel insurance if desired

- Following vendor safety instructions

- Respecting local rules, private property, wildlife, and community standards

- Disclosing allergies, dietary restrictions, mobility concerns, medical needs, and other important information

- Confirming final pricing, schedules, and availability with vendors when required

Property and Accommodation Issues

Salt Concierge is not responsible for property check-in, house rules, maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, pool issues, appliance issues, utility outages, internet service, or other accommodation-related matters unless Salt Concierge is specifically contracted as the property manager for that property.

Property-related concerns should be directed to the property owner, property manager, hotel, resort, host, or caretaker responsible for the accommodation.

Intellectual Property

All Salt Concierge guides, itineraries, templates, written materials, PDFs, website content, brand materials, and planning documents are the property of Salt Concierge unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, resell, distribute, publish, share, or reproduce Salt Concierge materials without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Salt Concierge provides planning and concierge support in good faith based on available information, local knowledge, and client-provided details.

Salt Concierge is not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, delays, cancellations, weather disruptions, vendor issues, travel interruptions, property problems, or expenses caused by third-party providers, client decisions, or circumstances outside of our control.

By using Salt Concierge services, you agree that Salt Concierge’s liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Salt Concierge for the specific service purchased.

Changes to Services

Salt Concierge may update packages, pricing, availability, service descriptions, and policies at any time.
