Thank you for purchasing from Salt Concierge.

Because Salt Concierge offers digital products, custom planning services, and concierge coordination services, our refund policy depends on the type of purchase.

Digital Downloads

All instant digital guide purchases are final once the file has been delivered or accessed.

Due to the digital nature of products such as the Abaco Island Ready Guide, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after purchase.

If you experience a technical issue receiving or accessing your digital guide, please contact us at [Insert Email], and we will help make sure you receive the file.

Custom Planning Services

Custom planning services, including the Custom Island Ready Plan, Arrival Set-Up, Full Island Concierge, Hosted Island Experience, and Private Group Trip Planning, require time, research, communication, and preparation.

Once work has begun on a custom planning service, payments are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or change your request before work has begun, please contact Salt Concierge as soon as possible. Refunds or credits may be considered at our discretion depending on the stage of work completed.

Inquiry-Based Packages

For packages that require a custom quote, no payment is due until the scope and price are confirmed.

Once a custom proposal is accepted and payment is made, the payment terms listed in that proposal will apply.

Third-Party Vendors

Salt Concierge may help recommend, coordinate, or communicate with independent third-party vendors such as boat captains, chefs, restaurants, transportation providers, golf cart companies, excursion providers, wellness providers, or other service providers.

Payments made directly to third-party vendors are subject to that vendor’s own cancellation and refund policies. Salt Concierge is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, delays, weather issues, vendor availability, or service changes from third-party providers.

Weather and Travel Changes

Island travel, boat days, excursions, and outdoor activities may be affected by weather, transportation delays, ferry changes, or vendor availability. Salt Concierge will make reasonable efforts to help with alternate suggestions when possible, but refunds are not guaranteed due to weather, travel delays, or changes outside of our control.
