Salt Concierge helps organize the important pre-arrival details so your group can land with less confusion and fewer last-minute decisions. This package focuses on the practical aspects of your trip, including arrival timing, grocery planning, beverage coordination, golf cart arrangements, first-night dinner ideas, boat-day options, and basic vendor communication before you arrive.

This is the package for guests who want to feel prepared, stocked, and ready to enjoy the island from day one.

1. Submit an inquiry
Tell us your travel dates, group size, lodging location, and what you need help setting up.

2. We review your trip details
Salt Concierge reviews your request and confirms whether the Arrival Set-Up package is the right fit.

3. You receive a custom quote or payment link
Because grocery needs, group size, and vendor requests vary, this package may be custom quoted before payment.

4. Complete your questionnaire
Once confirmed, you’ll complete a detailed pre-arrival questionnaire so we can organize your setup.

5. We coordinate the essentials
Salt Concierge helps line up approved arrival details, recommendations, and vendor communication before you land.

6. Arrive prepared
You receive a clear arrival summary with what has been arranged, what still needs to be paid directly, and what to expect when you arrive.

The Arrival Set-Up package is a pre-arrival coordination service. It does not include the cost of groceries, alcohol, golf carts, restaurants, transportation, ferries, boat charters, chef services, excursions, or vendor fees.

Salt Concierge may help coordinate and communicate with vendors, but outside services are provided by independent third-party vendors. Vendor availability, pricing, cancellation policies, and service terms are set by each vendor.

Property check-in, house maintenance, repairs, house rules, and property-related issues remain the responsibility of the accommodation provider, owner, property manager, or caretaker.

All island activities, especially marine activities, are weather permitting.
