This package goes beyond arrival setup. Salt Concierge helps create a custom island itinerary around your travel dates, lodging location, group size, occasion, budget style, and preferred trip pace.

Whether you want relaxed beach days, boat days, private dining, family-friendly plans, island hopping, celebration details, or a mix of everything, this package helps shape the full experience so your group can arrive with a clear plan and enjoy the island with less stress.

How It Works

1. Submit an inquiry
Tell us your trip dates, group size, where you’re staying, and what kind of Bahamas experience you want.

2. We review your request
Salt Concierge reviews your trip details to confirm fit, scope, and availability.

3. You receive a custom quote or payment link
Because every group is different, this package is quoted based on group size, trip length, complexity, and support needed.

4. Complete your planning questionnaire
Once confirmed, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire so your itinerary and planning support can be customized.

5. We build your island plan
Salt Concierge creates your itinerary, coordinates approved details, and helps organize the trip flow before arrival.

6. Receive your final itinerary summary
Before you arrive, you receive a digital itinerary with your planned days, vendor notes, important details, and helpful reminders.

The Full Island Concierge package is a planning and coordination service. It does not include the cost of lodging, groceries, alcohol, golf carts, ferries, taxis, boat charters, fishing trips, chef services, restaurants, excursions, wellness providers, activity fees, or vendor charges unless specifically included in your custom proposal.

Salt Concierge may help coordinate and communicate with vendors, but outside services are provided by independent third-party vendors. Vendor availability, pricing, payment terms, cancellation policies, and service terms are set by each vendor.

Property check-in, house maintenance, repairs, house rules, and property-related issues remain the responsibility of the accommodation provider, owner, property manager, or caretaker.

All island activities, especially marine and boat activities, are weather permitting.
