The Hosted Island Experience is a planning, coordination, and select hosting service. The starting fee covers Salt Concierge’s planning, coordination, and hosting time. Lodging, groceries, alcohol, golf carts, ferries, taxis, boat charters, fishing trips, chef services, restaurants, excursions, wellness providers, setup items, gift baskets, décor, activity fees, gratuities, and vendor charges are not included unless specifically included in a custom proposal.

Outside services are provided by independent third-party vendors. Vendor availability, pricing, payment terms, cancellation policies, and service terms are set by each vendor.

Property check-in, house maintenance, repairs, house rules, and property-related issues remain the responsibility of the accommodation provider, owner, property manager, or caretaker.

All island activities, especially marine and boat activities, are weather permitting.

Because each Hosted Island Experience is custom, full itinerary details are shared after inquiry and consultation.
