Each private group trip is custom quoted based on the island, group size, length of stay, lodging needs, experience level, and planning scope.

2. Salt Concierge reviews your request
We review the island, group size, trip length, scope, and planning needs to determine fit and availability.

3. You receive a custom proposal
Because every private group trip is different, Salt Concierge provides a custom proposal with planning scope, starting quote, and next steps.

4. Planning begins after approval
Once your proposal and payment are confirmed, Salt Concierge begins building your island plan and coordinating approved details.

5. Your group receives a curated trip plan
Before arrival, your group receives a digital itinerary and planning summary with key details, vendor notes, and helpful reminders.

Please Note

The Private Group Trip Planning package is a planning and coordination service. The starting fee covers Salt Concierge’s planning, research, coordination, and trip-design time.

Lodging, groceries, alcohol, transportation, golf carts, ferries, taxis, boat charters, fishing trips, chef services, restaurants, beach clubs, excursions, wellness providers, décor, gift baskets, activity fees, gratuities, and vendor charges are not included unless specifically included in a custom proposal.

Outside services are provided by independent third-party vendors. Vendor availability, pricing, payment terms, cancellation policies, and service terms are set by each vendor.

Property check-in, house maintenance, repairs, house rules, and property-related issues remain the responsibility of the accommodation provider, owner, property manager, hotel, resort, or caretaker.

All island activities, especially marine and boat activities, are weather permitting.

Because each private group trip is custom, full itinerary details are shared after inquiry and consultation.
